Life in Balance. Find your power in calm
Somatic Yin & Meridian Yoga
Where ancient wisdom meets science-backed practices in the comfort of your home
All classes are via Zoom in GMT+3 time zone
All Are Welcome: Whether you are a seasoned yogi or unrolling your mat for the first time, these practices are designed for every body.
Your Practice, Your Pace: I provide clear modifications and "options for exploration" in every session. You are always encouraged to listen to your body’s wisdom and choose the level of intensity that serves you today.
and I believe yoga is a practical tool for the nervous system regulation. After over a decade of practice and 1,600+ hours of teaching, my mission has evolved: I help you find silence in the noise through the intersection of Vinyasa, Somatic Yin, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
My journey as a teacher truly took root in Kuwait, where I spent years building a vibrant, supportive yoga community. Now, I’ve transitioned that heartbeat into a digital space—the Hatha Hut—to keep our global community connected, no matter where we roll out our mats.
With 700+ hours of international certification, I don't just teach poses; I teach energy work through deep connection to the body. Whether we are clearing pathways in Meridian Flow or regulating the nervous system in The Yin Lab, my classes are designed to be accessible, science-backed, and deeply restorative.
